Work as a field hand on an organic farm. Responsibilities include: harvesting, planting, weeding, washing & packing produce.

STOKED ON STEAM \\ 2013 – present
Creative Director, Co-founder
Develop ideas for workshops & curriculum based around incorporating STEM subjects through the arts and design in a project-based setting (STEAM education). Lead these workshops for kids aged 10-18. Create and maintain brand identity for our graphic design.

GRINDSTONE COMICS \\ 2012 – present
Founder
Publish and distribute a range of comic and art books, including the quarterly art + comics publication Ley Lines. Manage all printing, proofing, subscriptions, distribution etc. for these books.

Teaching Artist
Taught LEGO robotics, Scratch computer programming, and artistic circuitry to 4th and 5th grade students in two NYC public schools as well as a Cultural After School Adventures (CASA) grant funded STEAM (STEM + Art) after school program.

CAITHNESS INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE FESTIVAL \\ WICK, SCOTLAND, 2008
Conducted a week and a half long series of “Art Meets Engineering” kinetic sculpture workshops for groups of middle and high school students at public schools in rural Scotland.

Highlands and Islands Enterprises (HIE) Fellow
-Organized and conducted a series of short kinetic-sculpture workshops over several months with students and teachers from more than fifteen public schools throughout the Scottish highlands and islands.
-Mentored more than twenty-five inner-city Boston teenagers for six weeks as part of the South End Technology Center’s Learn to Teach : Teach to Learn program.
-Conducted a multi-day kinetic sculpture workshop for robotics teachers in Costa Rica through the Omar Dengo Foundation.
